In 2004, the Intelligence Community began a shift in security policy from need-to-know to need-to-share. In concurrence with our corporate dedication to accept our client’s toughest challenges and make a significant contribution, Assured Decisions, LLC set out to develop a more effective means to address the community’s need to share with assurance.

To respond to this call for innovation, Assured Decisions, LLC established its Applied Research Division (ARD). ARD’s primary objective has been to develop solutions that replace legacy static point-to-point cross security domain exchange systems with revolutionary multi-domain Assured Information Sharing environments.

ARD uses four distinct focal points in its research and development activities: developing intellectual property concepts and prototypes into operational solutions through applied research, integration of innovative ideas, and implementing “glue” capabilities through technology transfers.
