Legal Notice
Use of the MDeX System cross domain transfer solution is governed by Assured Decisions, LLC's MDeX System Enterprise Licensing Agreement. Executed copies of the appropriate agreements identified below must be on file at Assured Decisions, LLC prior to receipt of any corresponding MDeX System products, support, or services.

Commercial Procurement
MDeX System integrated solutions and services can be purchased as commercial items. Purchases of MDeX System integrated solutions and services are subject to Assured Decisions, LLC's MDeX System Enterprise Licensing Agreement.

Government Procurement
In accordance with FAR Part 12, the MDeX System Enterprise Licensing Agreement and the Assured Decisions, LLC Federal Systems Standard Terms and Conditions are also used for Government procurement.

Maintenance
Support provided by Assured Decisions, LLC requires execution of Assured Decisions, LLC's Standard Maintenance Agreement. Assured Decisions, LLC on-call support services require execution of Assured Decisions, LLC's On-call Support Agreement(s).
