Responsibilities: Capturing and documenting customer requirements for developing, modifying, and hosting data and web services. Developing, coordinating, and implementing complex and comprehensive hosting solutions for the United States Intelligence Community. Integrating commercial and government hosting technologies into viable and scalable hosting solutions. Responding to user questions and comments via phone, email, and bulletin boards. Writing documentation to assist users in understanding how to use the web services. Writing documentation and conducting training to assist operators in understanding how to monitor, perform basic troubleshooting, and perform corrective actions on the services. Performing initial analysis of problems related to the web sites functions and services.  Evaluate severity and nature of the problem and either initiate corrective actions or elevate problem to responsible Tech Team members. Conducting daily and routine maintenance on web sites to include updating and enhancing web pages, scripts, configurations, and any other supporting files affecting routine web site operation. Identifying new requirements for sites, work with developer, analyst, and operational staff, coordinate testing and implementation. Providing user assistance and support for deployment of producer data and web services.
