Assured Decisions, LLC was founded early in 2001 by Edward R. Sheehan. Mr. Sheehan has over 25 years of experience in the field of Computer Science, with 20 of those years concentrating on Computer Security. Later that year he joined forces with long-time associates James L. Coyle, George F. Linderborn and Shawn R. Campbell, who, combined with Mr. Sheehan have over 100 years of collaborative experience working in diverse environments. Their hopes were to create a superior working environment that would house elite Information Systems Security Engineers who would advance the Information Systems Security profession and be committed to tackling hard problems. With careful planning and strategic preparation, Assured Decisions, LLC opened its doors for operation on October 1, 2001. They quickly established an initial client and started to see a steady stream of revenue. In order to remain competitive in the Industry, a comprehensive benefits package was implemented and the Company acquired a second client. With the addition of Michael C. Genna, Corporate CFO, the company began to take shape.

Over the next three years, Assured Decisions, LLC has added key employees to its technical base and further developed the infrastructure area of the Company, and has continued to add to the already extensive benefits package in order to attract choice Information Systems Security Engineers. Consistent with the initial vision, the senior members of the corporation have injected an entrepreneurial spirit into the culture of Assured Decisions, devoting resources to R & D efforts and new business ideas.
